magicmomma > I saw masses of Crimson Bee Balm everywhere I looked once I got into the higher elevations along the Skyway and on the side roads. I even saw it up on Bob Stratton Bald!

magicmomma > Greenheaded Coneflowers along FR 81-F

magicmomma > The long and winding Forestry Road 81 was very beautiful. I saw one vehicle back here all day long.

magicmomma > Floozy Pink Bee Balm-- has a slight scent. I found a good sized grouping of these. They are hybrids and I'd guess between Crimson Bee Balm and Eastern Bergamot. If you look closely you can see the spots on this one. There is funny business among monarda species!
