magicmomma > Little Greenbrier Trail is a pretty hike through a dry pinewoods and a good place to hunt orchids. I learned this Spring that many orchid species common to other trails bloom here about 2 weeks earlier. I was hoping for a better photo of a rattlesnake orchid more fully blossomed out and I was rewarded for my efforts! I was the only person on this trail today. GSMNP TN July 17. 2007
